Keosha Hodges RN
Keosha is a Registered Nurse with a diverse clinical background in emergency medicine, pediatrics, long-term care leadership, and travel nursing. Since becoming a nurse in 2018, she has been passionate about delivering compassionate care while empowering others to prioritize their health and overall well-being. As Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Drip On Demand, Keosha leads the company's vision and strategic direction while helping redefine concierge wellness through personalized, convenient care. She believes true wellness begins with caring for both the body and mind and is committed to making high-quality healthcare more accessible to every client. Outside of nursing, Keosha is a devoted mother of four who enjoys traveling, making memories with her family, and advocating for autism awareness. Her dedication to serving others extends into her community through educator wellness initiatives and volunteer work that reflects her passion for helping others thrive.

Nahleen Ulysse BSN, RN
Nahleen is a Registered Nurse, licensed esthetician, entrepreneur, and wellness advocate whose passion for health and beauty began long before her nursing career. Inspired by a family of nurses and her Haitian heritage, she has built her career around compassion, resilience, and helping others feel their best from the inside out. As Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Drip On Demand, Nani oversees daily operations while helping create a concierge wellness experience that blends clinical excellence with luxury self-care. Her background in nursing and esthetics allows her to bring a unique perspective to personalized wellness, nutrition, beauty, and preventative care. She is currently pursuing her Master's degree in Nursing Informatics and Clinical Research, with a passion for combining healthcare, technology, and innovation. Outside of work, Nani enjoys all things wellness, skincare, beauty, and personal growth. She believes self-care should be intentional, elevated, and personalized because true wellness starts from within.

Throughout her career, she has developed a strong foundation in critical thinking, patient advocacy, and delivering compassionate, high-quality care while creating meaningful connections with those she serves. As Co-Founder and Chief Administrative Officer of Drip On Demand, Aleesha oversees the company's administrative operations, client experience, and organizational strategy to ensure every interaction reflects the highest standards of professionalism and personalized care. She is passionate about creating a wellness experience that feels both clinically exceptional and genuinely welcoming. Outside of nursing, Aleesha enjoys combining her love for beauty, fashion, travel, and personal growth into her everyday life. Whether she's discovering new skincare products, curating effortless style, or investing in her wellness journey, she believes confidence begins with taking care of yourself—inside and out.

As a Nurse Practitioner with a year of experience in advanced practice, she is committed to creating healthcare experiences that make people feel heard, supported, and confident in their care. She founded Drip On Demand with the belief that wellness should feel intentional and accessible, giving people the opportunity to prioritize themselves while navigating the demands of everyday life. Outside of healthcare and wellness, Nativa enjoys spoiling her two rescue dogs, spending time with her niece, getting lost in a good book, and planning her next adventure.
