Cancellation Policy

A $75 deposit is required to reserve IV therapy appointments. Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your treatment. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without forfeiting the deposit. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment, as well as no-shows, will result in forfeiture of the deposit. If Drip on Demand must cancel or reschedule your appointment, your deposit will be refunded or transferred to a new appointment at your request. By booking your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
